Ok, so I have put a note on the Gumtree forums looking for people to contribute towards this blog, the link is here Gumtree Forum Link - Adult Dating Guy's request for contributors!

There are also some decent dating site directories out there worth a look such as http://www.directoryofdating.com/ and this site has a free sign up, however the down side is that you have to create a profile to use it http://www.adult-dating-buddies.com/, i've added a link to the right for this site too.

Is anyone using craigslist? I've never found it to be as good as Gumtree, but let me know!

Gumtree Closure of Friends and Dating

Well, I for one was completely annoyed when Gumtree announced the closure of the Friends and Dating category on their site, it was the best by far!!!!

However, the rise in internet spammers was undoubtedly the cause of this decision. People with no real SEO skills, using black hat techniques to get users signed up to their dating sites.

I started this blog to find like minded people who are looking for adult dating and casual relationships, who can exchange links to good classified sites and share their success stories.

I am also looking for people willing to blog on this subject and share their successes with the community. If you are interested please reply tho this thread!

So, what are your thoughts on Gumtree's decision? What other sites are you using?
